When should I schedule the shipping of my vehicle?

You should schedule your car shipping as soon as possible to ensure that your car is moved within the time period which best fits your schedule. If you need an immediate pick up, please contact us to make arrangements. Additional fees apply for expedited pick up and delivery services.

Where will my car be picked up and delivered?

We provide door to door service if the pick up and/or drop off locations are accessible by the transporting vehicle. We can also make arrangements for the vehicle to be picked up or dropped off at a convenient location designated by the customer.

What is an oversize fee?

Some vehicles are much larger than traditional passenger vehicles. Full size sport utility vehicles, vans, and some trucks fall into this category. Due to larger dimensions, these vehicles take up more space and may result in additional fees. Please contact us to get a free quote for your oversize vehicle today.

Do I have to be present when you pick up or deliver my vehicle?

Yes (or a designated person) must be present for pick up of your vehicle. An inspection is performed and a contract bill of landing must be signed. The same applies to drop off.

How do I prepare my vehicle?

Please do not fill the gas tank prior to shipping, remove all personal items from your vehicle, repair any chips and/or cracks in your windows, and during winter please make sure your vehicle is ready for changing weather conditions.

Refund Policy?

Our drivers make every attempt to deliver your vehicle on the scheduled date and time. However, due to inclement weather, road conditions, or other unpredictable circumstances service may be delayed. You will receive prompt notification should there be a change in the status of your vehicle shipment. In the event your vehicle is damaged during transit we offer additional assured cargo insurance to cover the repairs at no cost to you. Shipping cost are refundable only in the event we cannot deliver your vehicle.
